The History of the Sagada Lemon Pie House
As needs be, to its authority site, the Sagada Lemon Pie House is groups by Joseph Daoas. It was Joseph's mom, Elena Daoas, a local from Candon, Ilocos Sur that began everything. It was her unique formula and she passed it to Joseph that later worked on the formula to make it taste far superior. It required 12 years for Joseph to consummate the formula. He tested to get the perfect proportion of flour for the outside and the right surface for the filling. It was five years prior when the lemon pie arrived at its most noteworthy improvement. Obviously, it didn't end there. In 2008, the Sagada Lemon Pie House was opened to people in general interestingly, yet it was anything but a hit. So Katrina chose to carry her lemon pies to the public market, downtown Poblacion, to improve deals. Before long, an ever increasing number of individuals purchase their pies, and the rest is history.
Lemon Pie is Sagada's own special pride. Lemon meringue pie with normal tart flavor, overflowing with goodness and very reviving.
